Ordering Swatch SamplesSample Requests are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. However, your order must be received by 12:30PM EST on the scheduled day of mailing or it carries over to the next scheduled mailing. In other words if you place your order at 4PM EST on Tuesday it will not be processed until Friday.  To Order: Shipping Note: Sample Orders with invalid email addresses will not be processed. Note 2: The five sample limit is 10 samples per customer NOT per product type. If you attempt to exceed the ten sample limit your order will not be processed and this will serve as the only notice. This may sound harsh but it is not meant to be. One way to keep prices low is to reduce overhead costs and a good place to start is keeping the cost of mailing samples to a bare minimum i.e. not more than two stamps. |
