We offer up to 10 free samples per address. You can order
samples for as many products as you wish provided the number ordered doesn't
exceed ten.
Sample Requests are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. However, your order must
be received by 12:30PM EST on the scheduled day of mailing or it carries over to
the next scheduled mailing. In other words if you place your order at 4PM EST on
Tuesday it will not be processed until Friday.
To Order:
All product pages contain an available colors tab and below each available color
is a button titled "Free Samples". Click on this button and three items will
appear (1) The number of samples in your cart, (2) A button to remove the
selected sample and (3) A button to complete the order.
Shipping:
Samples are mailed to addresses within the continental U.S. only and are mailed
via the United States Postal Service.
Note 1: Sample Orders with invalid email addresses will not be processed.
Note 2: The ten sample limit is 10 samples per customer NOT per product type.
