Although every effort has been made to clarify the information we require from you the customer, and the service you should expect from us, there is always room for improvement. Suggestions to better your shopping experience will always, and gladly, be accepted.

The Importance of Proper Window Measurements:
Accurate measurements are crucial. The vast majority of the products we offer are Custom Made and Cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements. Should an error on your part occur, we will be here to assist you with having the error corrected, or if necessary, the product remade. Please follow our "How to Measure Instructions" very carefully. And, when you are certain your measurements are correct, measure again! Should you have any questions, please feel free to call us for assistance.

Accuracy of Sample Images:
Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Again, these are custom products and CANNOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.

PLEASE NOTE: Slight variations might occur between the sample and the finished product. These run to run dye lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when identical products and colors are to used for more than one opening, that they all be ordered at the same time. EcoGreen Shades cannot be responsible for dye lot variances. BACK LIGHTING OF FABRICS "Back lighting" is the effect seen when light filters through translucent type fabrics from behind, such as outside daylight. Our catalogue images cannot display the effect of back lighting, which may soften colors and highlight fabric textures. EcoGreen Shades cannot be responsible for color variances due to back lighting.

PLEASE NOTE: Most items are manufactured with color coordinated components. Color coordinated products use components that are similar in color but, not always exact in color. In addition, neutral colored head and/or bottom rails may be used in conjunction with color coordinated strip inserts. Exact color matches between tassels, strings and other blind and shade parts are rarely possible due to the extensive amount of colors offered for the primary components (slats, fabrics, louvers, etc.). Designer selected complementary, coordinated color matches assure you that whatever product you select has a finished look. Should you have specific concerns, please call or email our Customer Service department using the contact information listed at the top of website.

Order Changes or Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours after the order is placed to make any changes. Once that period has passed it's normal for production to have begun. Changes, if possible, after the 24 hour period will incur an additional fee determined by the degree of production already completed. If your product(s) have been completed they cannot be changed. Please review your "Order Confirmation Email immediately upon receipt to avoid any problems.

Return Policy:
Since ALL products purchased through EcoGreen Shades are custom made to order they can not be resold in the normal course of business and therefore can not be returned for any reason.

Please review the Order Confirmation that is emailed immediately after your order has been placed, and check it for any errors. It is your responsibility to verify all sizes, products and colors prior to production.

NOTE: Simply stated our returns policy is like this, if I make a mistake placing your order I pay to fix it, if the vendor makes a mistake they pay to fix it and if you the customer make a mistake you pay to fix it. This site is based on the "do-it-yourself and save" concept but there are inherent risks when you go it alone in that if you don't follow instructions or request color samples before placing an order it can become quite expensive to fix the mistake.

So please, take the time to review the product's specifications in terms of mounting requirements, read the measuring instructions, review the installation instructions so you know what's expected before you order and please request swatch samples so you can select a color you can live with. If you do all of this I'll do my best to place the order accurately so the manufacturer can build it to spec.

Claims
If an order arrives damaged and it is not the result of faulty craftsmanship or materials (blind dropped by freight company) you have 30-days to contact our office so a claim can be processed. This is the freight company's policy and so if you contact us after the 30-days have expired there is nothing we can do about it.

Installation
If you are not comfortable installing your blinds please contact a professional in your area. Because if you install it improperly, damage the blind during installation, or hurt yourself for that matter EcoGreen Shades and our parent company Limb Corporation are not responsible. And if the blind is not installed properly or it is damaged in the process of installation the warranty is voided.

Discontinued or Out of Stock Items:
EcoGreen Shades makes every effort to remove items from our site immediately upon notification that they have been discontinued, or to notify the customer of an out of stock item before ordering. However it's not uncommon for us to be informed of these issues only when we forward customer orders to the manufacturer. Therefore, EcoGreen Shades disclaims any responsibility for any damages incurred by delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Sales Tax
We charge a 7% sales tax to Vermont residents only.

Shipping
Products are shipped straight to your door via UPS or FedEx. Most orders take 3-5 business days to arrive after production.

Most of our manufacturer's offer free shipping up to 96" wide within the 48 continental states. There are some exceptions where a manufacturer limits free shipping up to 84" wide while others offer it free up to 102" wide. This information is displayed on the various product pages to the right of the product picture.

Note: We cannot shop to PO boxes, FPO, or APO Addresses.

Payment Options:
Due to the custom nature of our products we require full payment at the time of order placement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay-Pal through our website and over the phone. Cashier's Check, Personal Checks and Money Orders must be received by our office before your order can be processed.

Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute regarding the application of EcoGreen Shade's Ordering, Shipping and/or Measuring Policies to your order, the dispute will be settled by one arbitrator in binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be filed in Williston, Vermont and the hearing relating to said arbitration shall be held at a mutually agreeable location within Chittenden County, Vermont. The arbitrator will apply United States law and will award the substantially prevailing party its costs and reasonable attorneys fees.

Applicable Law
This site was created and is controlled by Limb Corporation in the State of Vermont, United States of America. Therefore, the laws of the State of Vermont will govern these terms, conditions and disclaimers without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, and our terms, conditions and disclaimers.

Child Safety
To avoid possible injury or strangulation from the cords on certain blinds and shades, please keep the all cords out of the reach of small children.

Safety Options:

2. Small clamp or clothes pin
3. Cord Cleat - Available upon request for most products
4. Tie Down Devices - These come standard with some products such as verticals, sun shades, window shading, etc.
