Warranty Information

Woodland Blinds warrants to the original purchaser that the product manufactured by Woodland Blinds is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.

This warranty shall not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to accident, negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installations, or maintenance. Failure to follow instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of color intensity due to exposure to the sun over a long time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear will also void this warranty.

Woodland Blinds’ obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any parts or components that may prove defective in normal use within the life of the blind. Woodland Blinds reserves the right to inspect any product or component prior to repair, replacement, or refunding of the purchase price. In no event shall Woodland Blinds be liable for transportation costs to Woodland Blinds. Woodland Blinds will not be liable for cost of removal or re-installation of the product, or incidental damages.

No agent, representative dealer, or unauthorized employee of Woodland Blinds has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because our products are custom made to your specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the course of normal business. Cancellations or changes can only be made before production has begun (usually the next morning after an order is placed).

To obtain service under this warranty, you need to contact us by phone at (888) 660-2546 or by fax at (877) 684-6188 for replacement, repair or to request a return authorization. We will arrange shipment from your place to the manufacturer and then the manufacturer will pay for shipping the product or replacement back to you anywhere in the continental United States. Special arrangements will have to be made for orders outside the 48 continental states.
