3-Year Guarantee

Your Siesta™ Mylar roller shade is protected against defects in material to the original buyer for 3 years. All material colors tend to lose their original intensity over time, and pull cords eventually wear out. This is considered normal wear and tear, and are not covered by this Guarantee. Abuse, misuse and improper installation are not covered.

Finally, color lots vary and may not exactly match a previously ordered shade. Repair of defective products is the purchaser's sole remedy under this guarantee.

To obtain service under this warranty, you need to contact EcoGreenShades.com by phone at (888) 660-2546 or by fax at (877) 684-6188 for replacement, repair or to request a return authorization. EcoGreenShades.com will arrange shipment from your place to the manufacturer and then the manufacturer will pay for shipping the product or replacement back to you anywhere in the continental United States. Special arrangements will have to be made for orders outside the 48 continental states.
